The Plan Hub

How it works

One clear order, from first idea to handover.

Most of the trouble in planning a renovation is not a design problem. It is a sequence problem. A designer, a planning specialist, a structural engineer and a surveyor all need to be coordinated in an order nobody has told you. Here is the order we run, and the part we hold so you do not have to.

A completed Plan Hub project: a sunlit dining space opening to the garden through full-height doors.

The clear plan path.

01

Brief

We get the brief out of your head and onto paper, properly, in one place. What you want, what you are worried about, what cannot move. Everything that follows is measured against it.

02

Survey

A measured survey of your home, so every drawing that follows is built on what is actually there, not what an old plan claims. It is the quiet step that prevents the expensive surprises later.

03

Design

Sketches you can react to, refined through conversation into a scheme you would genuinely build. You see the thinking, not just the final picture, so the home that emerges is yours.

04

Planning

The application, written for the planners who will read it. Drawings, documents and the supporting case, prepared to give your project its best chance the first time.

05

Handover

A construction-ready package, handed to the contractor of your choice. The brief, the drawings and the known risks all visible, so the people who build it know exactly what they are building.

Same path, different amount of company.

Guided

A real person owns the thread from first idea to handover. You are walked through every step, you chase nobody, and you always know where the project stands. The path for anyone who would rather not hold it all themselves.

Guide me through it

Self-directed

For people who already know what they want and want to move quickly. You drive, and we keep the order, the documents and the deadlines in place around you.

I know what I want

Where we stop.

We take you to a planning-approved, construction-ready handover, and we stop there, on purpose. The build is a different job, with different incentives and different specialists. By the time you hand the work over, you will know exactly what you are handing over, and so will your builder.

Start when you are ready.

Pick the amount of company that suits you. You can change your mind at any point.
