Accessibility
Last updated: 27 May 2026
We want The Plan Hub to be usable for as many people as possible. This page sets out what we are working to, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us when something is not working for you.
1. Our commitment
We design and build the site with accessibility in mind. That includes legible type, generous contrast against our ivory and ink palette, clear keyboard focus, motion that respects the reduced-motion setting, and content that reads naturally with a screen reader.
2. Standards we work to
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at AA. We treat that as a baseline, not a finish line. We test as we build, and we run a wider review before each material release.
3. Known gaps
We list here anything we are aware of that does not yet meet our own standard, so you know what to expect:
We are not currently aware of specific gaps. If you find something that does not work for you, please tell us using the details below and we will put it right.
4. How to report an accessibility problem
If something on the site is not working for you, please tell us. Email info@theplanhub.co.uk with a short note of what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We treat accessibility reports as a priority.
5. Enforcement procedure
The Equality Act 2010 requires service providers to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people. If you contact us and are not satisfied with our response, you can also contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.
6. Last reviewed
This statement was last reviewed on the date shown at the top of the page. We review it at least once a year and after any material change to the site.
